Terms & Conditions

Summary of our terms of trade:-

Account customers will pay for the goods no later than 30 days after the invoice date. All invoice discrepancies must be notified in writing within 21 days from the invoice date.

Goods shall remain our property until paid for and we reserve the right to enter your premises during normal working hours, to recover goods for which payment is overdue.

We shall not be liable for shortage in quantity delivered unless notified in writing within 21 days of delivery.

Goods shall be at your risk once delivered to your premises or collected from us by your carrier.

Only these conditions apply to sales by Stone Labels. If the terms and conditions stated in the buyer's order are inconsistent with them, or if they contain provisions purporting to exclude them, Stone Labels acceptance of the buyer's order will constitute a counter offer and the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions unless they notify the Secretary of Stone Labels at our registered office to the contrary, in writing, within 7 days of placing the order.
